usb ports randomly lose power

hello,i just bought a ibuypower PC yesterday,all my usb ports randomly lose power but only when gaming? ive spent hours trying everything i know,all cables are in tight,it works perfect till i go to game,as far as i can see all drivers are up to date,ive tried a few keyboards and mouses and they all do it,it will just lose power for maybe 3-5 secs then come back,thank you for any help.

I recall I had the same issue and know one knew a fix. I had to buy an extension usb hub in the end so I usb off one port to 20, but you’ll need a power socket available. I know it sounds pathetic but it’s the only way I could solve it.


I’ve give driver easy a wirl just in case though

thanks for the reply man,i tried that too,didnt work so i said hell with it took the pc back and got another one,so hopefully were good to go now!
