You can most definitely play in windowed mode. The game itself can be played with only the keyboard or the keyboard and mouse. I'm not sure if there is a mouse only option. I play with an xbox controller that you can use for everything with the exception of a few uncommon key bindings. Hopefully that answers your questions. If you have more feel free to ask. I assume you mean Euro Truck Sim 2 or American Truck Sim.
