ok, here's the thing.
i re-did the door on the sleeper of the 579 to have a window in it. i go to map it, lining it up with the template of the 579 i downloaded, only to realize after loading up the template that nothing on the stock truck lines up with it. so after some poking around, i found some of the skins are mirrored, and some have a left and right side. Just my luck, i picked the skin that doesnt match with the template, so i cant make my sleeper door line up.
my question is, how can each skin use a different uv map? for example, skin 07_bc lines up perfect with the truck in zmod, but isnt even close to fitting the template. Skin 02_bc lines up perfect with the template, but not the model of the truck, and yet it works perfect in game.
short of re-mapping the entire fucking thing, is there any other way around this?

Can you not change the size of the image to make it line up ? I did that several times for modding in Haulin.

the problem im having is some paints are mirrored, some arent. for some reason, the only mapping the 579 has in zmod is mirrored. even though in game it uses both. this shit confuses me bad. lol

LOL...the fun of multiple uv support. Very cool but very messy.
