Ok I have a problem. First, the trailer is going good and everything, and I can have multiple materials with multiple types of loads it's very easy. Thing is, the trailer has the arch and I need suggestions for loads that will not flatten the whole bed out. Eric sent me a special load for it, so I need about 7 variations for light loads.

Insulation, bags of grain, wood, PVC pipe, copper and maybe a tarped load?

Are those all light loads? they need to be light enough that the arch doesn't bend

Well none of them are light but insulation and the cvc pipe is the lightest and wouldn't bend and if so it would be very little.

You should straighten the trailer with loads a little bit

nooooo way I'm touching it in that department, might as well make the trailer over again from scratch. It was made in max, so everything is rotated. it's just not worth the time.

Yepp, i see ;O)
You can also use wood bars to regulate the bend.

well, I actually made some of these aluminum sheet rolls I seen on a flatbed today. I don't think they were too heavy because it just didn't look like there was too much stress on it. That's gonna be random, I'll put little bits of odd stuff on them. There's only gonna be 2 loads anyways besides nothing.

I dunno what it's called, but what about carrying other flatbeds? Like for example if a company orders some new flatbeds, they're stacked say 2 on top of each other onto another flatbed to haul them. Maybe that wouldn't be too heavy because the main weight is at the sides and not in the centre?

Crushed cans it is, you sold me on that one. Good idea.
as for the insulation, I have no idea what that even looks like. They're bags, right? I'd need to see an example.
