Vito went and became a special agent for the FBI. "Federal" plates, tires without white stripes and a one-tone paint job sure gave the car a cheaper and more of an FBI feeling.

Nice shot Illusion
Yeah the lag is worse than I was hoping. I have a pretty powerful comp and it's running like I've got an old set up. I mean it's def playable but for a 3.2Ghz quad core a GTX275 and 4GB of DDR3 I thought I'd be getting better frames. I guess they should of upped their recommended specs.
Anyway I already preordered the game after how amazing the first game was and after playing the demo I'm sure I'll love this game too. I'm sure like GTA they will patch some of the problems after a while. Plus we have to remember this is only a demo.

Vito's FBI adventure continues. Showing up to a crime site. The FBI had been pulled in because the cheif of police had said that the plates on the suspects car was from out of state, from Virginia, indicating that he had crossed state lines. It wasn't a pretty sight. The forensics stated that he had been shot once in the forehead, instant death. According to a neigbhour, a second man had been sitting with the victim before the shooting, but he was missing. The other neighbours refused to talk, but this hot-dog vendor described a white '52 Ford Customline with out of state plates hurrying away from the house after he had heard something that sounded like a gunshot. A few blocks from the house the car was discovered empty. The drivers side window was smashed, so the car was probably stolen. Two policemen arrived and helped with the search. The policemen then drove away to run the plates. The search came up empty, no prints no nothing. A gas station attendant had a customer an hour earlier that he described as being "very stressed". That man had been driving an Oldsmobile, but he couldn't remember the colour. Lots of policemen out patrolling, looking for anything suspicious. When taking a coffee brake, the man sitting at the bar approached and said he had just had his Oldsmobile stolen from the driveway of his house. He gave a plate-number, and the search was on. To be continued I guess, if y'all don't mind me with my storytelling. It's a great game for it! ;D

God, that's awesome Sweden Lover!! If you like it, you're gonna love L.A. Noire when it'll get out (if it ever gets out) Thanks man. Yeah I'm sure I would love that, it looks awesome. But I don't have a console, darn. -- Here's the rest of the story. The search was on for the Oldsmobile. It had now been comfirmed that it was a white '53. The car was found with it's driver exiting. He was breifly questioned, and told his name and adress. The man said that he had borrowed the car from a friend of a friend that he couldn't remember the name of. After questioning, he was free to go. A stakeout at the local gunshop was organized as there was a high probability that whoever fired might try to sell the gun to the owner. The instincts were right on. The very same man who was questioned about the Oldsmobile showed up and entered the store. As he walked out he was seen putting his wallet back in to his pocket. When questioned, the owner said that he had bought the gun from the man. He handed it over for further examination over at the police station. Back at the station the taskforce was gathered and a discussion about the next move was held. Fingerprints had been found in the Oldsmobile, one set that matched those from the man who was found exiting it, and the other set came from a man who was a veteran of the Korean war and a member of "The White Knights of The Ku Klux Klan". The group decided to arrest the man who was last seen driving the Oldsmobile, because he could most likely lead the FBI to the veteran. Before the arrest, any car with Federal plates had to be washed, because it looked better in the media according to Director of the FBI, John Edgar Hoover. Another officer was called in, and the man was arrested without incident in the backyard of his home. After questioning the man admitted that he had driven the Oldsmobile there to dump it, and the gun was sold to reduce the chance of getting caught. He had helped the veteran because he owed him thousands of dollars in drug money. He told them that the veteran had the man killed because he was threatening to bring down the KKK organisation with tons of evidence. He then told them where the veteran lived. The veterans house was surrounded, and the lawmen moved in. The veteran was found dead next to his wife. It was quickly determined that he shot his wife and then shot himself. His phonemessages was checked out. In the most recent message, a man calling himself "the law" had said that the cops were moving in, so the police theorised that the veteran realised that he wouldn't have time to escape so he shot his wife and himself. It was obvious that there was a bent cop in town. But because that wasn't FBI business, Hoover ordered the agent back to Washington D.C. Well, I guess that's how the story ends. Like stated on the previous page, it's a good game for storytelling. ;D

I really love that one you had in your last set of pics, the Chevy. I love those.
Haven't tried it yet but JW has anyone noticed if it's possible to mod a police car? That car you have in the pic is the same model the police drive so I was wondering if that's a civ model or you modded a police car.

Great shots guys. Just woke up, getting ready to go out. Something to eat. Nobody stole my ride overnight. Good. Warming up. Loading some boxes from just around the corner. Down at the docks. Unloading. They don't have anything to go back, so just finding out what's next. Just around the corner was supposed to have some shit to move. Waiting for them to open the door when I notice a guy having some car troubles. There's a lot of steam and hissing going on. Says the bottom hose blew off the radiator. Nobody's home so I'm going up the road to get some water for the guy's car. At the repair shop. Heading back down. The guy is gone. Oh well, while I'm here I might as well fill up. Cost me a whopping $2.19. Heading back towards home at full speed down some hills. I'll leave it in the driveway tonight. Overall this game is great. Nice graphics, sounds (love the screeching brakes on the trucks,) awesome soundtrack, and the mission bit was okay except I didn't know wtf I was doing. Will be getting it when it's released fully, maybe on PS3 but probably PC, because no doubt people will mod it.

I'm not usually into this type of game, but I installed Steam last night and tried the demo... I love it. The only question now is whether to get it on PS3 or PC when it comes out... Mitch and cvp: I've noticed you've got buttons like B1, B2 etc, have you managed to use your steering wheels with it or something? Unless I'm doing something wrong, I tried mine and it wouldn't pick anything up in the controls menu.

It works awesome, doesn't need any setup or anything.

This is so much better with the trainer and using a PS3 controller. cvp, incase you haven't already found out, it can hide the HUD too. Although there isn't a button on it to switch it back on again, which is kinda annoying. The only thing so far about this game that I haven't liked is that you can't store trucks and stuff in your garage, take it into the repair shop or get it washed. Everything else is ace though. Some random shots from me, no particular "story":

Some more screens... Some woman over at Sand Island was selling this beat up piece of junk for 20 bucks, so I went over and took a look. Seemed fine mechanically, had potential. I took it off her hands. Took it over to the shop to get it fixed up. Had the bodywork repaired, put new wheels on it and tuned up the sluggish engine, which was in need of a good service. Went to pick it up when it was finished, cost around $1400 altogether. Got home and had a better look at it. A few days later I decided to put my mark on it and went and bought a personalized license plate. Called in for fuel on the way back, then took it through the car wash. By this time I was pretty hungry, so I decided I'd call in to the diner just up the hill from the house. But when I got there, the place had been robbed or something from what I heard, and the Police were there questioning the lady behind the counter. I decided I'd best just go home and have food there...

Pretty cool shots man. I didn't know you could hide the HUD. I been using a 360 controller I wasn't sure if the game would like a PS3.

Thanks. The only annoying thing about hiding the HUD is that there isn't a button to show it again, so if you want it back you'll have to exit the game and go back in again.
Oh shit, shows how much I pay attention, haha... sorry Illusion, I didn't take in the last few pages properly, I didn't mean to copy your idea lol

Going out for a spin in my Beverly. Damn neighbours and their shitty beaten up cars. No particular place to go really. Heading back home for a second. Looks nice on my driveway. Bit of Cola. Toilet break. Wonder what that guy's looking at my house for. And I'm off. I couldn't resist. Oh shit.... To my surprise the guy didn't pull me over, he sped off in a different direction at the next intersection. Turns out he wasn't blind though, and was just on a more important call. Another officer got me later on. Damn one of my hubcaps is gone. $36 for a hubcap? Outrageous. I can't help myself. Nobody is watching this time though. The city looks nice from here. Home again. Guess I should clean up this mess.
