Hill's Truck Line is a virtual trucking company for the simulation game 18 Wheels of Steel Haulin', we service the key California market and offer our drivers and owner operators a very generous pay package. We operate Peterbilt 367's, 379EXHD's, 386's, Kenworth T600's, T660's, Freightliner Columbia's, International 9200i's, 9400i's, Prostar's, Sterling AT9522's, Volvo VNL430's, and VNL780's. Company Drivers starting pay is as follows: 0-30 loads 45 cents per mile 31-60 loads 50 cents per mile 61-90 loads 55 cents per mile 91-120 loads 60 cents per mile and a new truck Owner Operators start pay: 0-30 loads 90 cents per mile 31-60 loads 95 cents per mile 61-90 loads $1.00 per mile 91-120 loads $1.05 per mile and a new truck All miles are paid, whether loaded or empty, and we pay based on hub miles! It's a good idea, but I think you should try to put more time into your forum, the theme, and the structure before you open. It would probably be a good idea to include a place to look at your company trucks(for guests to be able to see if they want to apply). You should also have a way to apply to the company, maybe an application board or such? I've also seen a lot of successful public VTC's use logbooks and dispatchers. The colors could be darkened a bit as it is a little bright on the eyes(my opinion). Another thing that is a slight turnoff, is that the description of your "info" is as long as the post in it. You should probably just add a simple line like "About our company", or "About us", etc... Does that help any?

Well it look's better than it did buddy but in this case I half to agree with Houdini . Darken the color's and put all that stuff in the board description into a company info thread or something .

Thanks for the input, I chose the colors because it's my fleet colors, but I'll change it around so it's more pleasing to the eyes. As for the trucks, I've been finishing up some skin work on the last couple of trucks then going to make a topic inside my vtc forum so potential employees can view the trucks before signing on.
