Youd think they'd keep a pin lock in it to keep it from dropping if the switch was to short out.

That's just how your trailers were set up. Our flatbed had an actual air valve that sent air to the lift bags, not just a solenoid.

I would think that drop axles would be the same way though, just flip the switch and it inflates the bags and lowers itself.

My new truck and trailer 2005 Peterbilt 379exhd C15 475 mbn 13 speed 3.42 spicer rears 2000 Alloy Steel 48x102 spread axle flatbed Does it have the pto under it for a wet line kit? Even if you wouldn't use it alot, its a good thing to have. Not to mention it could use a bit of exterior jesus, but not a bad looking truck, how many miles?

Ran it through a blue beacon looks a lot better now. I also got to see some really cool trucks today.

That mack lifted the van from the Murrah Building that timothy mcveigh used for the bombing. They've had it for over 30 years. It busted right off, too. I didn't take pictures of the 87 Classic he is restoring, but it's immaculate. He said he'd like to ask somewhere around 105k for it when it's done and he's done all he wants to. It's #356/359. You can see the color in the background of this picture.

Hauled my first load Friday. Put my stacks on this weekend! Yes, I know it needs polished, but I'm going to hold off on that until I can get an aluminum wheel to replace the one outside steel, then I'll worry about all that shiny stuff and buffing/waxing. I might go ahead and buff it soon anyway though. Looks a whole lot better with the straights on it. Are those 7's or 8's? And any plans on any kind of nice visor and lights?
