Hi guys so I've made a aero roof kit in 3ds max, exported as an obj as polygons then imported in Zmod and applied textures and uv mapped. And this is the result in game. Just wondering if there is a step that I'm missing? i.imgur.com/5WmaY3k.png

Typically when the mesh explodes like that, it means there are too many polygons assigned to a given material. How many polys is your aero kit?

10413. Made it super smooth haha. So i must be going over the limit for one material?

Not sure honestly, but in older versions of zmod that is what would cause that. Your best bet would be to check or post over on the zmod forums. Oleg has a lot of good info over there.

Are all the vertices welded or separated?

You need to reset the axis and center it to the object. Also make sure the number of UV channels corresponds to the rest of the truck where there is a paint material.

Sorry guys only just got back at the modding today. Tried all your suggestions and I was still having issues. Thought i would try just importing and exporting a fresh version of the base truck and it turns out it caused the same issue only thing I can put it down to was that it was an older version that what I thought. Got the latest version and now its working =) Thank god for that. Thanks all for your help and suggestions
