as of many hundreds of dollars I have spent on this Sadly im thinking it might be best to terminate J.O_simtek due to financial problems. And another reason for this is there should have been at least 30$ on my kickstarter And that means This has gotten no momentum during my business campaign im willing to sell the complete build schematics for a reasonable price. other than that I cant afford to loose another dollar

Not to mention, buy one when it's completed. You really went after a very small niche market and that market is made up of people without money or people who don't want to spend it on this stuff. Generally when the guys here that would be interested in it get old enough to make enough money they're old enough to start being around trucks for real and then why get a sim setup to just play a little bit when you can drive for real. What did you really expect, people to jump up and give you a thousand dollars? If you want to make a sim, you're going to have to fund it yourself, as I'm sure you've noticed now. It's not loosing money, it's called making an investment, and being a prototype, there's no way you can sell yet anyway, or even offer to sell it, as you don't have any made. Any you would plan to sell would be hand made because you'd never get enough orders for a manufacturer to justify taking on the design. I thought you were just making a sim, then I thought you were making a sim and wanting people to donate just for the hell of it. Now I see that you actually thought you could make a business out of making a truck sim cockpit/dash/whatever. It's not like you're making an affordable flightsim cockpit, or a racing sim cockpit, or even a farming sim cockpit. Those markets are a lot larger, especially racing and flightsim. The trucksim market is small, and lacking big money. I really hope you weren't surprised by this outcome. |

Talk about wiring nightmare. Me personally I would try and get the switch plates straight on your wood, instead of having some straight some crooked etc. Looking good so far tho!

I give you credit for trying. If it was a wood shop or computer class project you should get a B+ at the least.
I will say that if this something you are passionate about and really want to make it work then complete the build even if you half to do it in your spare time and save money.

well she now has working ignition And working parking break and trailer break pull and press switches and about 16 working switches on 3 joysticks
