Do the world a favor...pull your bottom lip over your head and swallow. I can't.. my truck has stacks ^^^^^ What a dick... Thanks everyone else. Still a lot more to come. Have some aluminum air tanks in the mail right now. I need some sending units for the tanks, get the heater hole in the top of them covered and new fuel line. I still need to go retrieve my other battery box, and I need stack brackets and the pipes and it's all ready to get put together-ish. Next year will hopefully be the year I get it rerailed, the Double Eagle put on, the 6+4 put in along with a 3406B and low leaf rears and a car hauler steer.

Do you plan on painting the ol' girl soon, or do you want to wait for that double eagle to get put on?
That 359er is really growing into one gorgeous machine!

Time for the shows. Hope to be up and running by spring, so I should be able to hit more next year if all goes as planned. Sitting at the Wilkins show in northern OK between my friend Michael, who drives a wrecker down where I live, and another good friend of mine, Patrick Lund, owner of that tan/brown 85. That night. I was, at the time, inebriated... After the convoy on Friday pulling back into the show grounds. I did not take this pic. Coming out of the wash in Joplin Parked, got everything shined up as much as I was going to do it by hand. Fuck polishing... Another angle of the truck. I did not take this pic either. Just found it on Facebook Parked in downtown Joplin, waiting on the concert to start. Parked behind Dustin Bate's A model. I really need to get the truck shined up but that's not really a main concern of mine at the moment. I know it's missing the bottom driver's step. I have some aluminum air tanks that are ready to be put on above the steps and a few other little bits and pieces. Hopefully a visor is pretty close along with Vortox air cleaners and quilted tank covers.

I can't.. my truck has stacks ^^^^^ What a dick... Thanks everyone else. Still a lot more to come. Have some aluminum air tanks in the mail right now. I know I’m probably gonna catch shit for posting to an old thread but I have to say this really was great as I’m doing the exact same thing restoring an old 79 Pete 359 with a 6x4 spicer. Posting all my progress to YouTube via progressive videos and wanted to share as I enjoyed following 359ers story. I especially liked the comment he made about how he’s wondering what the fuck he got himself into and then he sits in the drivers seat and looks over the hood and knows he made the right choice. I’ve wanted an old classic Pete my whole life ... learned how to drive on one just like it. I’m not sure you to post to a new thread so thought I’d share the 1st of many videos with this group JIC they were interested to follow
