Every now and then Jon and Rex will do a mission, and then once in a blue moon, Rex will invite me... He constantly is modding it, though. So yes we play in a group/clan/unit/whatever the fuck it is. But because Rex has us on the Dev build of A3 there aren't that many multiplayer servers, so I just play when they invite me... Oh look rex, you can't edit my text in my post on this forum, can you... No, you can't. Other people can, but you and jon can't...

Ok I was just asking because I've been watching some youtube videos from a clan/unit - the 15th MEU realism unit. pretty interesting seeing ops with 30+ guys and air and armor elements.

I have an i5-3570k, evga gtx 770 and its pretty laggy. It looks great, but I only get like 40fps even when i turn stuff down. I'll be doing an overclock soon to my cpu so it should be better.

You have to remember that the Arma series is VERY cpu intensive. If you have a good CPU then you can run the game with a lower gpu at good fps. Once I overclock my cpu I should be playing at better frames. We'll see. I haven't actually had a day where I could just sit down and overclock, yet.

I have a friend with a i5 who also has a 550 that is is running at medium getting the same rates as I am. I could go higher but don't want to lose the extra frames when I am fine with the current graphical look of my game.

Although I don't think I could part with my AA and 5k view distance though. Testing out Mission Control Center 4r14 Beta and the new BLUFOR CAS aircraft of the devbranch, along with other pictures from recent play sessions: Mods: Massi's Marines(units and gear) | Blastcore(Smoke, fire, tracers, explosion FX) | FHQ(guns & sights) | RH M4(other guns) | MCC Beta(mission generation) | HAFM A2 Helis(you can figure this one out, right?) | BaBe MidTex (midrage ground texture detail) "Surly Bonds of Earth" "Wings of Fire" "Slingin' Lead" "Insertion Point" "Hallelujah its Rainin' Lead" "Tranquil Chaos" Just in case you think Arma always looks that good, Here's a shot that was left on the cutting room floor:

Double post because I downloaded it today. Runs medium settings no problem, but I haven't played with the settings beyond that and I haven't tried it with game booster yet.

The 116th took part in two separate operations last night, here's the AARs: _______ The 116th Cavalry Regiment, in cooperation with elements from the British army's 1st Mechanized Brigade attacked enemy fortifications and logistical objectives near the towns of Therise and Zaros in south Altis. British and American forces captured the town of Therise in the afternoon hours and held their ground against a sustained enemy counter attack, sustaining moderate casualties from enemy armor. American reconnaissance elements led by Cpt. R.J. Hurd maneuvered around the town of Zaros to scout enemy positions in the area and identify targets of opportunity. Due to their efforts, an enemy ZSU anti-aircraft vehicle, 2 T-34 tanks and a number of infantry elements have been removed from the theatre of combat. The scouting unit was able to sneak through enemy positions to the south of Zaros and destroy an enemy munitions cache in the hills as well as the personnel guarding it. No casualties were taken until an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle attacked coalition troops staged to the east of Zaros, killing 10. All elements have pulled back to Therise and will defend the area until an additional ground attack can be staged. Following the operation, BLUFOR is now in control of Poliakko and Therise, rebel elements still control the town of Zaros and the immediate area. Full Gallery_______ The 116th Cavalry Regiment, in cooperation with elements from Australia's 1st armored regiment and 2nd Cavalry regiment preformed a two pronged assault on the Selakano airfield, a major strategic objective in the South-East corner of Altis. American infantry elements were inserted by helicopter to reinforce Australian tanks and mechanized infantry already operating to the south of Selakano. Their combined forces pushed north to simultaneously attack the rebel-held town as well as destroy two munitions caches in the area. Australian M1A1 Abrams tanks destroyed a column of rebel T-72 tanks guarding the airfield, allowing infantry the opportunity to secure the area. During the operation, an American A-10 CAS aircraft was shot down, but the pilot successfully ejected and was recovered unharmed by coalition forces. Following the operation, BLUFOR is now in control of Selakano, the Selakano Airfield and Feres. Full Gallery
