Really? Huh, I didn't think they used those winglets. I thought they were all these, of course I don't know much about Airbus...and I guess not much about Boeing either. I'm more into the General Aviation aircraft now. Dang...also forgot that Delta has Airbus planes too...whoops.

A340 has the same ones as the A330 but then again the A340 is just a longer and wider version of the A330 with two more engines

I did that once...woke up and my plane had crashed. That's is basically why I have been flying GA aircraft when I play, I just really kinda got tired of doing long flights. My Bonanza is more fun.

Took a small flight in the V-Tail today. Got it painted to match the real one that I get to fly sometimes. Pre-flight checks, haven't pulled her out for a week or so. Everything checks out inside, let's start her up and check the outside lights and everything. After everything was cleared, I got clearance to take off. Gear up, let's fly. Setting up for landing. And...touch down. Parked at GA.

Details much? The ground needs to be re-done a bit and then it will be perfect

HAha. Ya, the ground is still default FSX scenery. I want to get the Real Environment Extreme scenery, but that's another $40.

Ya, it might be some time before I decide to get that mod. I took a short 35 minute flight from Destin, Florida, to Panama City. Take off from Destin/Ft. Walton Airport I took my own detour over the Gulf, I wanted to see the view over the water. Decending Spotted the Airport Had to go around once because the wind knocked me out of line Finally got landed Parked and ready to see Panama City Flight time

Wow! Thanks man, I've been trying to make them more real just by using the scenery that is already in there.

Yeah, but you should really get the environment mod. It will defiantly make your game stand out. I used it for FS2004. Pretty good stuff!

Thanks man! I bought the Real Environment Xtreme and it is downloading. Can't wait to try it! YES. Aaannnnnnd after my 8 hour download I get to try it out! Now, this is my first try with it, settings are not tweaked fully, and I don't know the half of how to use it all, so here are my first shots with my trusty Bonanza. Flying from KSGF (Springfield, MO) to KJEF (Jefferson City). Got to the airport at around 6am. Fired up the old plane. Called tower...cleared to taxi. Cleared for takeoff...let's go! Love the new environment! Climbing to an altitude of 5500ft. Crusin' Over another airstrip... Hard bank right. Jeff. City Airport in sight. Gotta head into the right downwind Landed Parked. Another successful flight!
