This is a project that I really want to do, and it's more interesting to me than the Classic XL, I regret to say. I already started on the interior. Now all that's left to do with the interior is make the Aerocab version of the sleeper (which shouldn't be too hard to do since I detached almost every part and understand where everything is) and the extended daycab interior ( I'll have to scratch make that). This project WILL get done and released. Nope, shitcanned. EDIT: Sorry forgot to post credits: so far Ivan for the whole interior and me for changing and remapping some parts on it.

I'm doing a ton of accessories. There will be an option for a 72" AeroCab or a 86" Studio sleeper, both with or without airdams, and an extended daycab attachment.
I already redid the hood. I had to model the sides and top again so that I could see what I was doing and so that it would have better reflection. I think the proportions on it are wrong though...I'll have pictures of that later.

Well, the hood is a bit more wide than the w900l, and it's higher as well. The front fenders are shaped differently than the w900l, and the light housing is placed farther up on the fender I believe. And of course, shorter hood too.

Oh shit! Well I really analyzed pics of the hood before I did it, and the differences I could find were the shorter and wider hood and the headlight housings were closer to the edges of the fenders. Thanks for the info Chris.

Yeah....now that I finished mine, I realize the truck really isn't that gratifying.....not saying it's not good or wasn't fun to make, it's just not that huge of a difference in all light of things. It would probably be better to do a w900l makeover. I definitely like that interior you got anyways, doesn't matter what kenworth you make for it I'm gonna use that interior for sure.

lookin' good so far, Jon...as always!
good point, Chris...in fact, while we're on the subject, it would be nice to see some of you guys spend some time doing more custom interiors...we have a zillion trucks and about 4 or 5 interiors to choose from...i mean, even adding stuff to the existing default interiors, like CBs, satellite radios, etc., would be appreciated...

Here's what I made out of the hood the last few days. Yeah, I didn't fix the headlights and fenders yet...but the way this was put together makes it hard to fix.
