I swear to god Chris, we had to stop in at Milton CAT because one of the new trucks had a service engine light on, which was just a wiring harness. And we began chatting about that truck because we saw it on the calender in his office and my dad was asking about it.

what's he's saying is they don't have the rights here in the US but in other parts of the world they do....some companies have bought the rights to put logos on their trucks in certain parts of the world but not in all....I've seen it done with more than just trucks.....cut him a bit of slack...

Well yeah, if that's what you meant that's what you should have said. They do that with cars all the time. But you kept talking about it "wasn't allowed", and blabbing about right hand drives, when that doesn't mean anything at all.

And BTW cat and international have been collaberating with eachother for a few years now. That's why CAT is using international's 9000 series cab for this abomination.
The only reason why I'm telling you this is because of what you said before, about international slapping a cat logo on their trucks.

Thanks Triple H ;D you're welcome....yeah they do do it with cars all the time which confuses a lot of people because they don't know that certain companies have bought the priviledges to do so....to me 99% of the International tractors over the last 15 or so years have been abominations lol

They did a good job in terms of aerodynamics and comfort in the prostar and lonestar compared to the 9000 series trucks. The 9000 series trucks like the 9400 and 9900 ride like garbage. It's too bad they didn't just upgrade the interior in those, the 9900 would be a pretty sweet truck if it didn't ride like a tank and have so much road noise. My dad's 9200 is so noisy in the cab you can barely hear yourself think.

Yeah I mean they have room, and the seats are not bad or anything, and the interior looks awesome in the ones with backlit white gauges and stuff. The only way I can explain it is, when you hit bumps, it feels like the whole truck is made of steel. The suspension only takes the initial bump, it seems to have no vibration protection at all in the cab or sleeper. It just moves through the truck like a shockwave. And those aerodynamic mirrors are aweful, everything is like..... squished? I dunno. The prostar drove alot better too, the international 9000 trucks drive like an old truck from the 70's or something. But honestly I ain't hatin, you know I still love em even though they're rattle tanks like the 379 was.
