Last point. A lot of foreign cars are made in America and Canada. Acura/Honda is, Toyata is. I'm sure the list is longer. Some might be made in the USA, but are we really benifiting from it? Not really. I said to my self from here on out im buying american. My first car is probably gonna be a Crown Victoria or a Maurader here soon. It kinda gets on my nerves the more I think about it ;D Crown vic, don't even bother with a marauder. They're atleast 15k for a good one and your insurance will be through the roof.

My insurance would be through the roof even if I went as a named driver on my mother's 1.3 litre ~70bhp 11 year old Mazda 323F Gah I'm so desperate to get driving regularly, but I couldn't afford it in a million years For the record, cheapest I can find is around 5k USD per year

O man icbc is a joke. i have 4 years of safe driving and i still pay 2400 a year. On a 97 explorer at that. I've already paid it off twice lol. Also I bought that explorer for 4300 and I've spent around 8000 in repairs and maintenance like new tires and brakes etc. That's in about 3 years.

They only make them in the US because it's easier to distribute them and stuff since so many friggin people are obsessed with them. It would be too difficult to import hundreds of thousands of cars from overseas. But yeah for your first car you may as well get the Crown Vic to save some money, and they are bad ass so. Chris is right it prob wouldn't be worth the insurance money to get the Marauder when they are basically the same car. You're just paying for the Mercury name. Go with a Police Interceptor if you can find a nice one, better safety features and a more powerful engine.

The stereotypes are what give illegals a bad name. Alot try to get there papers. It takes alot. Honestly this isn't oh go to immigration do some things and presto. Nope. I suggest people read up on facts before making assumptions. They make the trek up to Cuidad Juarez the most dangerous city in Mexico just to have legal status. There very fortunate to not come back dead or scarred from the violence. So before the people that couldn't get into the legal process of the United States take your resources think....They have children they need to be fed leave your attitudes...AMERIKUH ITZ MINE NO ONE COME! Your settlers were foreign also this land belongs to the Native Americans. Just because those greedy ass pilgrims came that's the only reason we have America. Texas my beloved state was Mexico's. The influence of foreign people is strong in the United States as soon as people get there legal status they will be the same as any native born citizen pay taxes etc.. I just can't let anyone talk a minority down like that. Pretty low if you ask me. Oh Mcfadin...My school is full of those kids you'll love it!

I have no problem with a Mexican picking cabbage. I don't want to do that shit he can have it. My problem is when they build a bridge with hundreds of polish workers welding and whatnot when my buddies can't get jobs doing that shit. And to top it off the polish workers get screwed over by the employer so they don't have jobs so they want Canada to make a special exception and let them stay.

So everyones up in arms because the guy needs to communicate with his workers But it's funny because if you write must speak spanish or must speak lithuanian or some random ass language no one cares...

Some foreigners do work that alot of people while other foreigners do work that should be done by the Americans. But to them it's work they can't pick and choose what work comes along they do it.

Theres a lot of nice Vic's around here on Craigslist too. @cvp The Police Interceptor is probably the only one I really want. The Marauder is soo much damn money. My mom said she'd go half on the down payment and payments as long as I paid the insurance. Still not worth the hassle right now though.

Has anyone seen a new silverado but sitting on larger wheels and tires. Alot of people here put 22's on them and those fuckers look badass. Even tho im not so big on those thin ass tires and huge as wheels the silverado pulls it off.

Go with a Police Interceptor if you can find a nice one, better safety features and a more powerful engine. Hmmm, safety features are the same. Same suspension, gearing, etc. Both are more performance than the standard vic for sure though. Basically the only difference between a marauder besides the obvious looks is the interior package is fancier in the merc, and The merc has a 4.6L v8 4V and the vic has the 4.6L v8 2V. The merc is faster and fancier basically and that's it though. Honestly if i had the money, I'd go for a marauder over the vic. Even if they're basically the same you'll always have a higher resale value too. If you want a real beast get a 1996 caprice cop car or an impala SS, even better. Big ass 5.4L v8 would smoke either of those cars.

Though I doub't hed really need a role cage ;D I love those LT1 motors in the Caprice/Roadmaster/Fleetwood Ricers shall tremble

Big ass 5.4L v8 would smoke either of those cars. We think alike ;D Thats why im debating on just building credit and wait a year and lease or wait a year or 2 and buy a Marauder cash. I've seen some for 7 and 8 grand. Might not have all the fancy after market upgrades, but its a start because I REALLY want one. Look better, sound better, and you'll get a lot for one if you sell it. Probably more by the time you sell one because their getting more rare by the year. I just don't want to lease right now because its way to early and I don't want to pay on it every month. The payments will be sky high, let alone the insurance. And with a part time job, that aint gonna work I really want a SS too, but I cant find any. SS or a caprice, hell.. SS more tho. Those were actually the first cars I looked for because out of all the cars I want, those are defiantly the cheapest. Cant really find any though, which sucks. Hopefully by the spring or summer when I get ready to buy some might pop up. Got a long time.Well I be dammed philadelphia.craigslist.org/search/cta?query=1996+impala&srchType=T&minAsk=&maxAsk=I don't know. I might just settle for something cheap I want a car so bad. Is it true that trucks/SUV's are cheaper on insurance than cars? My uncle was telling me that.

I think in general thats true, but not so much for expensive trucks and SUV's. If I was you for your first ride I'd say go a little cheaper. I had to wait a good while before I could get the car I really wanted but by then I had a good amount of money saved up and two jobs, and I found a really nice one for a good deal. Patience does pay lol.

Ya man, there's no rush. The sooner you get it, the sooner it costs you money and your homo friends want rides everywhere. That and if you don't have a ride you don't have to be dd.

Dont be a girl and tell your asshole friends to fuck off and get themselves places on their own. I take a friend for a ride if I want to go somewhere and I dont want to go alone, or we're both going the same place anyway and picking them up wont be out of my way.

Nah I dont have a problem with that. my friends give me rides most of the time so its only right lol. Like Mitch said, if we're going the same place then I dont have a problem with it. I know there's no rush. I just want my first car to be what I want, and what I want doesn't cost too much. I dont want a wrinky dink pos. If that was the case I'd get a car by February or March. Im aiming for April or May. Anyways, off to work..finally. 9-5...
