Yeah your dad paid a little more than he should've if he would've done some research. Don't worry it happens to me sometimes and since it was your bday gift he probably didn't cared paying that much.

Here are some iPhone shots of my two (so far) diecast airliners. These are just as addicting as the DCP trucks, these don't really go here, but I don't wanna make a whole thread for something that only I might collect. This one is a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Boeing's newest addition to their family of jets. The livery (paint) is their house colors that they paint all test flight planes in. This one is a Boeing 747-8i (Intercontinental). Not a brand new design, like the 787, but the longest living design that needed refreshed and modernized using the features of the 787. Also House Livery, but in a different set of colors. I just got this one yesterday after preordering 3 months ago. Very nice model, going to be hard to find, like my 787. And both together, to show size difference. If anyone wants to know, these are 1/400 scale planes, the perfect size to collect, and the most popular. I get my models from www.adamjets.com and www.diecastairplane.com

YEASH CAD$ and truck costed like 90$. don't know why, but here, in truckstop, these cost a fuckin' arm see one on internet and cost 55$, the same at a truckstop in MTL costed like 80$...

National Distributors Leasing Columbia LOL, if you are into Airliners, they are the best thing next to flying on one. I love them. BTW, a special feature on the 787 is its huge wingflex, check out this photo of someone that got the chance to fly on the first delivered one. www.diecastaircraftforum.com/attachments/forum13/71468d1320230346-022.jpg

hey D where do you order your models from? These last set of trucks I bought them from a member of another forum. Those are older releases that dealers don't carry them anymore or never did since some of them were internals. The newer releases I get them from 3000toys.com awesomediecast.com diecastdirect.com toytrucking.com and a few other sites.
