Thanks fella thats xactly what I was lookin for i think im going to hold out a week or two for the trailer , but the truck is perfect, which size is better i like the 1/64 but i heard the 1/53 is better Depends on what you want. 1/53 by Tonkin provides a lot of detail, but they take up space, and the scaling and parts on some of the models are crap. DCP makes the best 1/64 scale truck by far. They also have a 1/53 scale version of their ProStar, which still beats out Tonkin for accuracy. Tonkin's signature series line is probably their best, but doesn't offer all of their fancy details. So basically it all comes out to what you want in the model and what you want to pay for one.

It had to have been made by First Gear of SpecCast on a DCP frame because DCP did not do castings of the Classic. Cory, all models are over priced.

Dealers have to make some money so that's why some new trucks start off at $65 and up. I've purchased a couple trucks straight from the trucking company store like Conway was a good example and the Crete trucks. They sell them for $45 and $50, also the Schneider trucks. At one point they were selling their trucks for $35 but now I think they have them around $45. Smith transport has their trucks on sell for $35. So if you're looking for a particular truck first check to see if the company has any left. You can save a couple bucks. Go with 1/64 scale, they don't take a whole lot of space. That's unless you have a ton of them, then you won't have any space either. ;D Here's another Western truck. I only need two more DCP trucks to complete my Western fleet. After that I need to get the Western trucks that were made by PEM and Spec-cast.

Nice pick up! I need to buy one of those Classics with the DCP chassis from Mark and hook it up to DCP trailer and add custom decals. I can't till wednesday/thursday when I get some older rare releases in the mail.
