What is your current Power Supply? Also, is the pc just randomly rebooting itself? Also, what are your temps on the cpu, gpu? Could be a completely different issue altogether. If your CPU is overheating, it would cause the pc to shutdown/restart randomly. Could be something as simple as cleaning the inside of the case out, or applying a fresh application of thermal paste. If you're not sure what the temps are or do not have an app to check them, check this free utility out: Real Temp there is also NZXT cam, which is also a free utility that monitors the entire system. Very handy app, use it myself: NZXT CAM

I can't even switch it on as this has happened Do you have motherboard standoffs or is the board touching the case directly? It may be shorting it out, I had a similar issue where the PC would boot then shut down and not want to come back on until I lifted it up off the case. Just something to try.
