Alrighty, Well I just had to fight the wonderful Microsoft OS for like 2 hours all because Nivida sent out a Unsigned Installer. (Microsoft didn't check it and approve it or some shit) What happened was, My PC wouldn't use my GFX card at full spec because of the unsigned driver they had sent out. If you check your Device Manager, and says "blah blah blah error code 52" about your GFX card. Don't freak, I thought my card was done for but don't worry, It isn't.
Anyways, Its a real simple fix,
Firstly you wanna run Command Prompt as a Admin (Right click ofc) When that opens up type "bcdedit /set nointegritychecks ON" without quotes, hit enter Should say it was done successfully, if not, Exit out of CMD and run it as admin. (Not running it as Admin will not allow it to edit the files it needs to.) Next just exit out of CMD, and Install your Driver DO NOT RESTART PC THEN INSTALL, JUST INSTALL IT. I personally did a Custom FULL install of the Driver meaning it deletes everything (Profiles, settings, etc) and does a brand new install as if you JUST bought it. After that Everything should be working well, and normal again.
If that did not fix your problem, Leave some details below and I'll try and help ya out.
That's my lil Helpful post for if anyone else comes over this problem.

Win10? Yeah been there, done that.
My HDD died like 2 weeks ago, I still had a backup HDD around, so I quickly replaced it and decided to get myself a fancy dancy quick Win10 install. Yeah nah mate, never again. Install was fast and smooth, no issues at all. Shenanigans started when I tried to get rid of the pesky nVidia driver Win10 decided to install, which were horrible outdated. After 6 Hours I gave up, ordered a new HDD with express and went to sleep. Next day my new HDD was in my mail and I installed Win7, installed the newest drivers and enjoyed my good ol' 7. Never looked back to Win10. Screw Microsoft and their shitty driver downloads/support.

But theres alot of unnessasary sercuity stuff on it that fucks with 90% of the shit that makes the damn thing run. But other than this lil thing, It's been great! I should think about a new HDD but i cleaned alot of the dust outta my case it hasn't been acting up like it was.
