Hoods are on their way out weather you like it or not. Soon you'll see who the real truckers are and who's just in it to drive one of those "cool" boxy hoods. Sure I like hoods just as much as the rest of you, but trucking is about getting your cargo from point A to point B safely and efficiently. Since this topic is kinda getting off track I will comment on the Argosy. I happen to really like the NA Argosy and I hope that maybe they will be in larger production in the future. Cab overs are great for alot of specialized trucking such as haulin windmills and pulling 57' trailers. I totally agree about the Argosy. We actually have quite a few of these on the West Coast hauling power poles and other long commodities.

I can confirm this. Around August when I was on tour with my band we were around the BC/Alberta border and I saw three long frame Argosys all hauling oversize bridge pieces. The first two were older Argosys, but when I saw the last one I had to double check because it was set up just like the others, but with a 2012 cab on it. Completely brand new! Gave me a bit of hope anyways, I actually really like them to be honest. Hopefully in the next couple of years I can manage to scoop one up for myself! ;D Shit, I posted before I even watched the video. The one I saw was actually one of those trucks, hauling one of those trailers, from that exact company. Everything is dead on how I remember it. Good find!

Yeah, this company must be pretty popular up in BC. I was looking at some traffic cams a couple days ago, and I definitely saw one of their older Argosies hauling another bridge piece. Glad it brought back some memories.

To be completely honest, that truck, is stupidly ugly. I remember saying that about that new Mercedes Actros when it first came out but now I see it as one of the best looking trucks in Europe, so it's all just a matter of time before these become widely spread and before the look catches on. I see it as the cab over version of the Cascadia and that's not a bad looking model.

They should have kept the flb, my dad drives one like this except it's white and it's got a shorter frame They're awesome rigs. Better than the argosy anyways, those things are junk. Although, this new one is probably bette rthan the last gen argosy. It has to be, they are that bad.

My dad took a bunch of pics but they saw him and argued with him about it, so he deleted them. Some companies are anal like that. He still has a few on his phone of the old shittier one, I'll ask if he can send them so I can post them. He might have some of the XL flat top he was driving as well. They're a shady company so I'm not sure if he'll let me.

Well it depends on where you live in the US, like if you live where there's much more wild area as opposed to city, you'll see lots more trucks have bullbars, there's lots of Canadian trucks that have a set as you know how much wildlife they have up there, I can tell right away when I see a Canadian here in Cali because of the bullbars. Not just the license plate and company. Yeah I guess you'd rather see an FLB than an Argosy am I right, Mads?
