No, actually the Airbus is made by someone else. I don't remember who, lol.
Nevermind. It is Project Airbus.
ArcticCat...that sky is amazing, looks real. I always thought the B-52 in your sig was a real one.

The B-52 is from Captain sim, and let me say, it is well worth the money. I do want to get Real Environment X for FSX(check that out as well, it really makes a difference).

Finally got some pics, Pushback from the O'Hare gate, headed for Cleveland Hopkins Up we go.. Pretty Sunset, Landing, Parked, Jpeg made the textures look like crap, they were perfectly clear ingame Have to get me a good plane soon...see what i can find. I do like the default 737 tho, probably my favorite besides the F\A 18 ;D

If you want a good plane, Project Opensky has great freeware. I have a few of his their ( ) planes, and they are really nice. Also, what is the name of that cloud upgrade? I cannot find it.

Hey Lonestar, go to Simviation.com then type in the search bar HDE V2. There should be two files that show up, one is sky textures and the other are the actually clouds. I only have the clouds, I did not know there was sky textures. Just remember to back stuff up before trying to install.

Project Opensky is a group not just one person Bleh, I corrected it. lol. @arcticcat - Thanks, I will look for it. EDIT: I found the textures, and put them in the appropriate folder....It might just be me, but I don't notice a huge difference. Taking off on another test flight for Boeing.

Thanks man, I thought so, the flyby shots are always cool. EDIT: Found a Concorde! Concorde is my all time favorite Commercial Jetliner. This one features fully working parts, Virtual Cockpit, but the gauges aren't clickable, nor are the controls from the cockpit. Still a cool plane. Passengers boarding. Pushback for taxiing. Received confirmation to taxi to the runway. Cleared for take-off Air Shoot Later JFK....

Boeing had me bring the 747-8 back to their Airfield in Washington for a touch and go test. Co-pilot shot this photo of a 787.

The Abacus 787 is now free for download if you search Google, so I decided to give it a try. This model isn't completely accurate, it has a lot of errors, but I still kind of like it. Abacus started designing this model when the 787, or 7E7, was still undergoing design changes, so this is probably the 7E7 second or third design, which explains the flaws. The wings are too dramatically flexed, they are only supposed to be flexed like this while flying, not landed. The tail rudder is way off, and the body design is a little off. Anyhow, here are some pics. This one does have a fully working virtual cockpit, I do like it. From the front, it looks more accurate.

I wouldn't fly a Abacus plane ever...again..flew their A380 and it was just a terrible experience, but I am more into the realistic planes than the ones that Abacus makes so to each his own. Very nice shots LoneStar

Ya, I'm glad I never payed for that model. I don't really like it, but what other 787s are there? lol. I will more than likely stick with Project Opensky.

That is something that I want to do sometime. Too bad I'm in Missouri. The ANA first delivery 787 is ready for departure to Japan in the morning. (Coordinating this with real life) I watched the Unveiling Celebration Live today from Boeing Field and am looking forward to seeing it take off tomorrow. If anyone is interested, you can watch it here too. All live. www.newairplane.com/787/firstDelivery/#/en/787DeliveryCelebrationEDIT: The First Operational 787 for ANA has taken off this morning and is heading for Japan. So has the FSX version. lol. I wish there was a better model of the 787 out there, but there are only the Abacus and CamSim. Guess I will have to stick with my 747-8 because these just don't do it justice.
